From IntegraPay to Payrix Australia

From our humble roots as an Australian company founded by two brothers, to our now global backing and reach, IntegraPay is proud to have grown and evolved over the years. Now we have reached our next stage in our evolution: Payrix Australia.

Our vision for holistic payment solutions drove us toward finding a way to open the door for you and your customers to operate anywhere. It is this passion for delighting our customers — paired with our flexible solutions, local service and innovative technology — that attracted Payrix, one of the Top 100 Financial Technology Companies in 2021, to acquire IntegraPay last year. Since then, our teams have been actively working through the process of joining our brands and technologies to ensure it is a seamless transition for you and your customers.

We are pleased to inform you that our brand name will change from IntegraPay to Payrix Australia effective 28 September 2021. Our great service and local team will stay the same, and now we are better equipped to offer you more choice, more flexibility, and the ability to scale and grow your business.

If you are already using our IntegraPay Console, then you will automatically be switched over to Payrix Integrated Portal on the 28 September. All our features and pricing will stay the same, just a fresh new look and feel, with more exciting products coming soon!

Payrix Australia is just as well equipped as IntegraPay to take care of you. Our service offering and agreements with our existing clients will not change.

IntegraPay’s locations will continue to operate, just under the Payrix banner. Our US, NZ, and UK clients can continue to do business with us at Payrix Australia. For new customers, we have more capability than ever before to help your business expand globally. 

For existing US clients

Some payment processing arrangements will change in line with our acquisition by Payrix. There will be no material interruptions to service during the transfer, but those affected will receive an email communication prior to the change, so you will have ample time to prepare.
