How a seamless experience creates payments adoption


I think one of the things that surprised me at iClassPro was how successful they have been historically in driving a really high attachment rate. So, like 95% of our customers leverage our payment capability. We don’t see a whole lot of customers that say “Well, no I’m gonna run payments outside of my software and deal with the headache that presents.” Almost everybody’s bought into it, which goes to show that if you can own that whole experience, you can make it really seamless and get people to buy in.
