When our experts and representatives are talking to these contractors on the phone there’s a lot of excitement and a lot of appetite for payment and payment processing. Where before we were really struggling with onboarding. It was taking weeks and if not months at a time to get these folks submitted and get them fully underwritten and onto the platform. Whereas now we pretty much 4x our throughput with our ability to onboard these contractors. And not only onboard them but also get them adopted and get them processing and really unlocking the power of payments for them. The biggest piece of advice that I would give to somebody is; have a single person responsible for payments. Whether you want to call that a champion or a subject matter expert, there really needs to be somebody that comes in and owns it from the very beginning. Payments is super deep from a knowledge, an integration, a partnership and the value on both sides for the customer, be it a contractor, as well as the company. It just requires a lot of attention. So, find the right person, get them engrained, get them understanding payments, and get them to own it and run with it. And you’ll see a ton of success follow.
