Boruch Greenberg


Boruch Greenberg is a talented entrepreneur who has successfully built multiple payments and technology businesses from the ground up over the past 12 years. As Chief Executive Officer of Payrix, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the organization and all components of the business. After only four years in the space, Boruch founded his first two successful payments companies - Benchmark Merchant Solutions (BMS), followed by Splash Payments. During this time, he created multiple software products in the finance space, among them a SaaS-based platform for the alternative financing industry. As someone who finds opportunity in undervalued segments, Boruch has been able to create new and unique businesses where no one else has seen them. He is known for his ability to create new solutions that transform their marketplaces.


Beyond life as an entrepreneur, Boruch’s faith, along with being a steadfast member of his community and family are at the core of his life.

Benny Silberstein


Benny Silberstein is a clever, forward-thinking leader with over 10 years of experience working in the payments and financial services industries. He is the Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Payrix, where he is responsible for formulating and communicating the organization’s long-term and short-term strategic initiatives. Before launching Payrix, Benny’s success in several sales, risk and underwriting roles led him to become the Chief Operating Officer for Benchmark Merchant Solutions. Beginning his career as an underwriter and sales mentor, Benny gained a thorough understanding of business processes and unique perspective on the financial services industry which led him to found Splash Payments and now Payrix.


As an early adopter of all things tech, Benny has always been captivated by finding new ways to streamline and innovate technology. He is a visionary, known for being able to create new technology on his terms without sacrificing what is important to him.


Outside of strategizing for the future, Benny is a passionately present father, husband and member of his community.

Bob Butler


Bob Butler is a results-driven, executive leader with over 20 years experience leading sales, business development and strategy for payments and technology companies. He is currently the President of Payrix, where he takes a lead role in cultivating relationships with strategic partners and investors, increasing company valuation and recruiting top talent. Prior to joining the team, Bob held several leadership positions including Founder and CEO of Domicile Ventures LLC, EVP of Sales and Business Development for Merchant e-Solutions, and multiple SVP roles in Sales and Strategic Partnerships for Worldpay. Bob began his career in banking and treasury management and worked in payment processing companies that ranged from start-up to enterprise.


As a magnet for high-performance talent and key strategic business partners, Bob has been highly successful leading companies that are scaling up. He is known for an unstoppable entrepreneurial approach and gets things done quickly without sacrificing the overall business strategy or delivery quality.


In his personal time, Bob spends time investing in real estate and raising champion dogs. He is a sneaker aficionado with an extensive collection and regularly practices yoga and meditation.

Daniel Gellman


Daniel Gellman is a dedicated supporter of entrepreneurial ventures and has launched multiple payments and technology businesses over the past 13 years. As the Co-founder of Payrix, Daniel serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board of directors. Before founding Payrix, he started Benchmark Merchant Solutions (BMS) with his focus on driving operations. In addition to investing in technology solutions in the finance space, Daniel is a successful real estate investor. 


As a lifelong friend and long-term business partner of Boruch, Daniel has been on the front lines supporting the creation and cultivation of multiple opportunities for innovation. By uncovering specific needs in often overlooked markets, they’ve been able to build something out of nothing. 


Outside of real estate and building businesses from the ground up, Daniel is dedicated to his family and faith. He has a passion for traveling and has studied in countries all around the world, including Canada, Australia, Israel and the United States.

Jason Key


Jason Key is a process and digital transformation leader who provides an extensive background in payments, eCommerce and technology with business enablement expertise in product and engineering. Jason joins Payrix as Chief Product and Chief Information Officer, where he will lead and scale the software engineering, product development and product management teams to evolve the platform. Jason’s leadership experience includes roles with PayPal, Merchant e-Solutions, Monetary and most recently, Chief Technology Officer at OnePlace.

Jason is enamored with innovation strategy and finding new technologies that solve for client needs. He is detail-oriented and has a keen ability to build cross-functional, Lean and Agile software engineering teams that deliver on solution strategies.


When he’s not thinking about technology innovation, Jason spends time outside, biking, hiking and flying power kites. He is an avid traveler and bounces throughout the U.S. and Europe with his family.

Nochum Sossonko


A methodical payments and technology leader, Nochum Sossonko offers 15 years of experience and is skilled in manufacturing hardware and software automation, systems development and engineering. He is currently the Chief Technology Officer of Payrix, overseeing and managing the development of software systems, hardware and cloud architecture, as well as PCI and card brand compliance. Nochum began his career working for technology companies, eventually moving into the payments space.


As an expert in leading process enhancement, implementation and delivery, Nochum led the development on the Payrix gateway and payments technology platform. He is analytical and precise, with a focus on innovative, cost-saving initiatives to support the execution of business. 


Outside of his professional life, Nochum’s interests include religious studies, science, math and electronics. He is a dedicated fishkeeper and spends his time maintaining an impressive aquarium.

Ben Lebedin


Ben Lebedin is a high-energy, influential sales and business development leader with over 10 years of experience in the payments and technology space. As Chief Revenue Officer of Payrix, Ben is responsible for revenue-generating strategy and execution while overseeing the sales and business development teams to ensure the company’s goals are achieved. Ben has previously served in leadership roles with WorldPay, Merchant e-Solutions, and most recently at Elavon, where he was SVP, eCommerce Sales and Business Development. He has extensive experience working with software partners in their effort to streamline payments enrollment and acceptance for their customer.


Ben has an entrepreneurial spirit that has led him to spend most of his career finding new and inventive ways to incorporate payments into the technology businesses rely on. He is known for having a growth mindset and the keen ability to drive and develop a high-performing sales force that is focused on the customer.


When he’s not thinking about driving sales, Ben is a devoted husband and father. His interests include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and spending time on his non-profit, Washing Hope.

Sara Hightower


Both creative and data-obsessed, Sara Hightower is a marketing professional with more than 12 years of experience leading strategy, research and analytics across a diverse set of industries. As Payrix’s Chief Marketing Officer, she is charged with elevating the Payrix brand, positioning products in the market and driving the strategy for all marketing initiatives. Sara joined Payrix after many years leading strategy teams for a marketing and advertising agency within the Omnicom Group, The Marketing Arm, for clients like AT&T, Samsung, Wells Fargo, NBA, Pepsi, State Farm, Microsoft, Visa, P&G and E-Trade. Beginning her career in market research, insights and analytics, Sara became well-versed in go-to-market and launch strategy, market segmentation and brand positioning.


By mixing an understanding of data analytics with a bit of imagination, Sara delivers on big ideas that resonate within the market. Sara’s enthusiasm for “breaking the mold” and broad perspective of brands ranging in size and industry enable her to craft a unique and targeted story.


Beyond her dedication to marketing at Payrix, Sara is a mother to three children who keep her very busy and entertained. Her passions include mentorship, diversity and inclusion.
