October Release Notes

In our ongoing efforts to elevate the user experience for partners and merchants, we’re pleased to share the latest releases deployed in October. We pushed out several exciting features and enhancements, check out the highlights:


Sort & Search Improvements


1. Quick Access to Invoices in Report 

With the addition of invoice links in reporting, you can reference individual invoices directly from the portal.

Portal Addition

  1. Streamlined Portal Communication

We’ve enabled email alerts for disbursements, merchants, chargebacks, transactions, invoices and subscriptions.


   2. Enabled Merchant Document Uploads

You can now create merchant sign-up forms with a document upload capability, allowing new merchants to supply additional intake documentation.


   3. Additional Withdrawal Detail Transparency

We’ve added the day of the week to Withdrawal Date and Processed Date.





  1. Improved Communication of ACH Events

If a disbursement ACH is returned or rejected, the email address you’ve set to receive notifications will receive an update.

   2. Optimized Disbursement Data

To make it easier to distinguish Credit and Debit for Disbursements, we’ve added “Totals” and adjusted the first two columns to show “Credit” and “Debit”.


  1. Updated Chargeback Status
    For chargebacks in the “First” cycle, you will see a “Won (Pending)” status with a message indicating a temporary credit has been issued to the merchant and will remain permanent, if the cardholder does not appeal. This will then update to “Won” after 45 days.
