September Release Notes


As we aim to continuously improve our user experience for merchants and partners, we are pleased to share the latest enhancements to the API and Portal. Highlights from the releases deployed in September are listed below.


Portal Additions


1. Link to Portal

We’ve added a portal link button to merchant email templates for streamlined Portal accessibility.





2. File Size Notification

To further improve dispute response submissions, we updated the UI to provide an error notification if an attachment file size exceeds 2MB.

API Enhancements


1. Improved Token Transaction Login

You’ll notice we added logic to prevent transactions from being created using a token with a pending status.


2. Improved Entry & Transaction Refund Logic

We've updated the entry refund 'event' to 47/Entry refund to improve querying the connection of our /refund resource with the corresponding event type.


3. Chargeback Message Character Count

We boosted the character count for chargeback messages to 10,000 characters. Should your note exceed this limit, it is clearly defined with an error.



1. Monitor Individual Card Numbers

This enhancement allows you to add individual card numbers to an enhanced Risk watch list which will flag any transaction where the card is used.
