How Payrix solved it
We provide managed Salesforce packages that can directly integrate into Payrix portals. As rates, fines and other payments are made through our software, either by API or our hosted pages, we receive results through Salesforce allowing us to immediately update the rate payers balance. We also offer recurring payments management through card, bank debit, and BPAY. To simplify automatic reconciliation and eliminate unnecessary admin work for the council, we distribute settlements and update the customer bank account daily.
